Account number needed for port out to other provider - where do I find it?


Where do I find my account number? I need to port a number out of DIDWW but I can’t find on the admin pages or billing any reference to an account number or identification. The receiving phone provider is asking for it to start a port in request (port out from DIDWW). I also checked my billing and can’t find it.

We are sorry to see you porting out your number from DIDWW. Is there anything we could do to avoid this situation?
To answer your question, all DIDWW accounts are identified by the Username, thus you can use your Username or the portable number itself.
