My DID is not working, I get busy signal all the time.
Sometimes it may look like the DID number is not working, although there may be a completely different reason why the call doesn’t connect. These steps could be taken to troubleshoot this:
- Check the call logs in your account;
- If the call logs appear, this indicates that the DID is working, and the problem could be in the next call flow patch. If it is so, try checking the second point where the call should go, or the device on which the call should be answered;
- If the call logs don’t appear, try calling the DID from a different source number or carrier. Check again if the call logs appear;
- If there are still no logs, contact DIDWW tech. support for assistance.
