No access to 2FA

I’ve lost my phone and now I don’t have access to my 2FA.
Can you please advise what to do now? Thanks!

Hello Pogo,

What you need to do is send a request to disable 2FA to customer.care@didww.com from your email address. You will be contacted and I’m sure this situation will be resolved in no time.
