Add sms trunks (forward sms to email)


i purchased a DID number and followed the instructions to forward sms to email:
When i send a message to the number nothing happens however, ie it does not appear in the sms log and nothing is received at the email address. Does it take some time to be activated and get going?



depending on DID country some of the numbers are getting activated instantly while others requires end user registration details before it gets activated.

Also it might be SMS was not delivered to the DID by sender carrier, I would suggest to send SMS to the DID from some another carrier and then check logs again.

If it still does not work possible you may need to contact DIDWW support for assistance.
