DID - Direct Inward Dialing Number (also known as DDI or Virtual Number). It is an incoming phone number, similar to the phone number in old PSTN networks or in mobile networks, but the difference is that the DID number can be connected to VoIP services, thus allowing calls to be delivered via the Internet protocol.
